Getting started with ContextBolt SEO
Subscribe to ContextBolt SEO, connect it to your agent, and ask your first SEO question in under a minute. Plus how to plug in your Search Console.
You can be asking your agent for live SEO data in a couple of minutes. Subscribe, connect, ask. Plugging in your Search Console is an optional extra that makes the answers about your own site.
1. Subscribe
Start a trial or subscription from the ContextBolt SEO page. Your welcome email has the setup steps and a link to your SEO Dashboard, where you sign in with the same email. The email also keeps a personal MCP URL for clients that cannot use OAuth. Treat that fallback URL like a password.
2. Connect your agent
Add https://seo.contextbolt.app/mcp to your agent and name the connection contextbolt-seo. Sign in on the ContextBolt page with the email on your SEO account, enter the code, and allow the connection. The shared URL is not secret; your code and access tokens are.

Already connected with a personal URL? Nothing needs changing. Your existing connection, credits, research, dashboard and Search Console link stay with the same account.
3. Ask your first question
You do not call tools by name. Ask in plain English and your agent picks the right one.
“How hard would it be to rank for ‘best crm’?”
“Give me keyword ideas around cold brew coffee.”
“Do ChatGPT and Google AI answers mention us when someone asks for a CRM?”
You get a clean answer in the chat, with real numbers. That first lookup is also saved to your account, and added to your SEO Dashboard.
Ask for the dashboard whenever you want to see it:
“What is my dashboard link?”
Your agent gives you the address. Sign in there with your account email and the code we send you.
4. Connect your Search Console (optional, free)
The research tools estimate what might rank. Your Search Console shows what already does. Connecting it is read-only, takes about 20 seconds, and uses zero credits.

Once it is linked, ask things like “how’s my search traffic?” or “show me my quick wins” and the agent works from your real clicks, positions and queries.
Got more than one site in Search Console? You pick the one to use as you connect. Change it any time from the Website menu on your SEO Dashboard, or tell your agent “switch to example.org”.
